Exchanges, Replacements and Spare Parts
We only replace items free of charge if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If you need to replace items that are not defective or damaged due to our error, they can be supplied for a small fee.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange or replacement will not be accepted.
Damaged
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will do our best to rectify or replace the item.
Returns and Refunds:
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed after receiving your item, we can’t offer you a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping returns
If in the UK, to return your product, please email info@rhino-pods.com to arrange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs may be refunded, once the item is returned.
