How much water will my Rhino-Pod hold?
Your integrated sink Rhino-Pod (Cucinino Pod and Cubit) comes respectively with a 10 or 5 litre fresh water container that feeds your tap and a matching 10 or 5 litre waste water container to hold your waste water

Where does the waste water go?
Your waste water container is connected to the plug in your sink and collects your used water. The container is removable for disposal.

Can I dismantle all of the pods?
The Cucinino pod and Cambio pod are both easily dismountable. All the panels and shelves slot and click together, and so can be taken apart for storage. All other pods are pre-assembled

Do I need to fix my Rhino-Pod down to something?
The Rhino-Pods are very stable. However, the bottom shelf has slots for additional fastenings, and peg holes in it to secure it to the ground if needed, and there are slots in the external panels that can be used for fastening straps and/or pegs depending whether the pod is in a vehicle or outside.
When using the integrated legs we recommend selecting firm ground and using standard tent pegs to secure all the legs to the ground. When using in a van, tailgate hatchback or boot – we recommend using straps to secure the pod

Where do I store my stoves/burner?
In the Cambio pod they can be stored on either of the shelves inside and in the sink pod there is space inside the front of the bottles for two single generic burners and in the Cubit there is space for one generic burner inside in front of the bottles.

Does my pod come with burners/stoves
We don’t supply stoves with our pods – however we have designed our pods to accept the majority of stoves on the market – if you are in any doubt whether a particular stove will fit – please feel free to check with us before purchase.

How do I recharge my cordless tap?
The tap should have an initial 2-3 hr charge after which it will last for many days use. When recharging the light glows red until turning blue when fully charged. The charging cable comes with your pod.

Will any of the generic cookers fit?
The commonly found generic single burner cookers fit on the flip up shelves. Ask us if you are unsure

Can I use the Rhino-Pod outdoors?
Yes, the all of the Pods are suitable for outdoor use, and are weatherproof and waterproof.

Can I use the Rhino-Pod indoors?
Yes, the Pods are suitable for indoor use

How heavy is the Rhino-Pod?
All our products can be lifted by one person.

Do I need any special cleaners to clean my Rhino-Pod?
No, your Rhino-Pod is resistant to almost all chemicals and cleaners and can just be wiped down. It can even be hosed down or jet washed!

Does my Rhino-Pod come assembled?
If your Rhino-Pod is designed to be disassembled it will arrive flat packed, otherwise your Rhino-pod will arrive fully assembled. Thanks to our unique integrated ‘click-lock’ system you can take apart and put together your Cucinino and Cambio pods easily – no screws or bolts to struggle with or lose
